What is Extended DISC?

DISC is a self-assessment tool which many people use to become more successful. The DISC Assessment is not a personality test, but an assessment of a person's behavioral style. Understanding your DISC profile can help provide a clear framework for making conscious behavior adjustments while communicating with others. Using DISC provides many benefits to individuals and organizations. DISC has been proven to change individual behavior and workplace efficacy for the better.

Do you or your team members ever feel like:

“I just don’t seem to ‘click’ with certain people.”

“I don’t know what to do when a prospect or client tries to rush me off the phone, or they talk so long we get off topic.”

“I can’t seem to achieve the desired outcome with prospects or clients who are unlike myself.”

Extended DISC

The Extended DISC system provides you with the map to the final piece of your puzzle for success: more successful interactions with others. Attendees will learn to...

  • Identify and adapt to the four main human behavioral styles
  • Gain a self-awareness of your style and how others perceive you
  • Enhance your bonding and rapport abilities in your everyday interactions with others
  • Have a systematic approach to understanding human behaviors and the motivators
  • Reduce conflict and build more effective relationships
